3D MODELS TO PREPARE FOR SURGERY

Dr. Oscar Vidal and his team collaborate with the CIM Foundation to improve the study and planning of surgical procedures by the 3D printing of real size tumours.

These models allow surgeons to rehearse before the actual operation, so that they can know the most effective way to approach the tumour, thus reducing the length of the operation, increasing safety and avoiding any kind of complication.
